OUR PEOPLE

Luke Holmes joined CS2 in 2025 as a Trainee Building Surveyor in the Manchester office. He supports a range of services, including dilapidations, project management, and technical inspections, as well as measured surveys and reinstatement cost assessments.

Luke holds a CSCS card, demonstrating his commitment to health and safety, and is developing a strong understanding of building pathology and construction principles. He has shown the drive and professionalism to progress into a well-rounded building surveyor.

Alongside his role, Luke contributes to team initiatives, including volunteering opportunities, and takes a proactive approach to business development.
