Will Harrison joined CS2 in 2011 as a Graduate Building Surveyor and is now a Director and Head of Building Surveying in the firm’s Manchester office. Alongside his core expertise in professional building surveying, Will is highly experienced in acting as both Employer’s Agent and Project Manager. His broad skill set and meticulous attention to detail enable him to guide clients seamlessly through every stage of a building’s lifecycle, from acquisition and occupation through to development and strategic disposal. Will has extensive technical due diligence experience across a diverse range of assets, including historically significant listed buildings and large-scale modern office developments exceeding 500,000 square feet. Will also provides expert dilapidations advice, including the successful negotiation of break clauses requiring vacant possession. In addition, he has experience acting as an Expert Witness in dilapidations disputes, offering authoritative and commercially focused insights.
