Lewis is an Associate Director at CS2 who specialises in managing complex property portfolios and delivering high-quality projects for major national clients, combining technical expertise with a commercially focused, client-first approach.

Based in the Manchester office, Lewis has over 14 years’ experience delivering Building Surveying and Project Management services across the commercial property sector. He is known for building strong client relationships, leading high-performing teams and consistently delivering projects that meet demanding quality, programme and cost objectives. He also plays a key role in developing future talent within the business, managing and mentoring graduate surveyors in the Manchester office.

Lewis is a key client manager for Thames Water and the British Heart Foundation, where he leads the delivery of services across large, complex and diverse property portfolios. For Thames Water, he provides strategic advice and project delivery across their extensive estate, including new builds, refurbishments and works to listed buildings within a regulated environment. For the British Heart Foundation, he supports national retail portfolio management, advising on acquisitions, fit-outs, refurbishments and dilapidations, helping to drive consistency, efficiency and value across their estate.

He also works closely with RSK, delivering office refurbishment schemes and providing building surveying expertise across their portfolio, including works to listed properties. His ability to operate within live, operational environments and constrained assets allows him to successfully navigate technical, statutory and commercial challenges.

Lewis brings extensive experience across office refurbishment (Cat A, Cat A+ and Cat B), new build delivery, listed building works and dilapidations. Acting for both landlords and tenants, he is focused on achieving practical, commercially successful outcomes and delivering projects that align with wider business objectives.
