Rob joined CS2 in 2023 as a Senior Building Surveyor in the firms Manchester office. Rob provides a broad range of professional building surveying and project management services across both the public and private sectors and across a wide variety of property types, including residential, commercial and heritage assets. He has extensive experience leading on multiple large scale survey programmes for healthcare, education and local authority projects, establishing long lasting relationships with clients.  He also provides contract administration and employers agent duties, as well as advising on dilapidations matters for both Landlords and Tenants
