Rob is a Building Surveyor within the CS2 Manchester office. Rob provides building surveying and project management services, within the commercial property industry, to a variety of clients and across a full range of sectors and building types.

• Rob acts in the role of employer’s agent, project manager and contract administrator on major building and refurbishment projects
• Rob is skilled in providing due diligence services to clients regarding the acquisition of portfolios, property stock and individual buildings.
• Rob advises on, prepares and negotiates schedules of dilapidations on behalf of both tenant and landlord clients.
