Franz Edwards is a Building Surveyor at CS2’s Manchester office. Franz has had many years’ experience in a skilled position within the construction industry, working on a wide and varied expanse of building types.
Franz conducts measured surveys for commercial properties within the UK, and produces building and surrounding land layout plans and elevations using AutoCAD.
Franz has completed and assists colleagues in the production of the following:
• Schedule of Dilapidations.
• Schedule of Condition.
• Capital Allowance surveys.
• Dilapidation Liability Assessments.
