Harry Swaine is a Trainee Quantity Surveyor within the consultancy team, supporting the delivery of commercial and cost management services across a range of projects and sectors.

He has experience in producing cost plans and life cycle cost assessments, supporting informed decision‑making for clients at key stages of the project lifecycle. Harry is also involved in contract administration, assisting with the management of contracts to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed commercial and contractual requirements.

In addition, he supports procurement activities across project portfolios, contributing to tender processes and helping to achieve value for money and consistency for clients. His project experience includes office and retail fit‑outs, demolition and remediation works, and asbestos removal schemes.

Harry has worked with clients such as Barratt David Wilson, British Heart Foundation, Mansley, and Belong, providing clear and reliable commercial support as part of the wider consultancy team.

Alongside his role, Harry has completed the second year of his Quantity Surveying degree apprenticeship at the University of Salford and is working towards progression to the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence, with the aim of becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
