OUR PEOPLE

Lewis Wilkinson is a Building Surveyor working from CS2’s Manchester office. Since 2012, Lewis has provided Building Surveying and Project Management services within the commercial property industry, to a variety of clients and across a full range of sectors and building types.

Lewis has the experience and expertise to deliver a project from inception to completion. He has worked within the projects team for The University of Salford and IQ Student Accommodation helping deliver projects with time and costs constraints.

Successful projects include:

• Cat A and Cat B office refurbishments for our commercial clients.
• Welfare and office refurbishment for Thames Water.
• Special and reactive projects for IQ.
• Classroom refurbishment, Lab relocation and general minor works in line with The University of Salford’s masterplan.
• Successful dilapidation claims for out Landlord and Tenant clients.
