The Solution
CS2 are currently providing Project Management, Principal Designer and Quantity Surveying services for toilet refurbishment and DDA improvement works at Chester Crown Court.
CS2 have managed and co-ordinated the works throughout, balancing time constraints with the high levels of security and necessary privacy. As the court is a Grade 1 Listed Building, the scheme required CS2’s high level of expertise to oversee the works and ensure they are carefully conducted.
Works commenced in March 2020 and are ongoing, with the building remaining operational throughout.
