Seven storey commercial office building, primarily steel framed with 19th century Grade II listed Baroque style Portlnd stone and polished granite facades, with a combination of fixed and sliding sash hardwood double glazed windows. The roof is of paved inverted construction over asphalt.
Our Client was looking to repair and restore the external façade of the premises to bring it back into a good state of repair and improve the marketability.
CS2 worked with Mechanical and Electrical consultants and building control to ensure that the existing provisions were adequate and suitable for the proposed division works. Acting as Contract Administrator CS2 produced the works package and sought competitive tenders. During the works we worked closely with the Client and incoming tenant to ensure that all tendered and additional works achieved or exceeded their requirements.
