The Challenge
The client wanted to determine the suitability of their 16th Century property for uses other than residential. They also needed to establish costs of repairs throughout the building.
The Solution
CS2 carried out a detailed inspection of the condition of the Grade I listed house. CS2 then provided full costings of repairs for the property and determined the suitability for alternative uses. Following the expert survey and advice, refurbishment of the Grade I listed building, including grounds and outbuildings, was undertaken by the vendor
