The Challenge
DSV required a base build of their new HP2 distribution centre in Thrapston, Kettering. This was needed to complete fit out works on schedule by July 2013.
The Solution
CS2 acted in a project monitoring role for DSV. Initially, CS2 conducted an audit of the developer’s base specification; negotiating an agreement of the specification, a suite of variations and access to commence DSV’s fit out prior to project completion, by taking a collaborative approach. CS2’s expertise resulted in the base build being completed on budget and 1 week ahead of programme. Subsequently, the fit out works were also completed to programme and within budget.
