CS2 were instructed to provide a Technical Due Diligence report including RCA for investor acquiring industrial unit. This project posed a particular challenge due to the requirement to provide investment clients with accurate condition report and cost information to identify any risk in purchase as soon as possible. • Property inspected within three days of instruction, with an initial verbal report provided following inspection.
• Report provides costed forecast of essential repairs, including identifying which party (Landlord, Tenant) is liable for works.
• Accurate RCA calculations undertaken by in-house cost consultancy team.
