As a CS2 Associate Director, Simon heads up our Edinburgh Office. Simon is an experienced Building Surveyor who started his career at the CS2 London office in 2011, moving back to Scotland in 2018.
Simon’s experience includes the provision of Project Management, Lead Consultant and Contract Administration of Refurbishment (Cat A & B) / New Build Projects, Landlord and Tenant Dilapidations and Assessments, Technical Due Diligence Surveys, along with traditional building surveying services across a full range of sectors and building types. He has worked with clients across a range of sectors within the UK Commercial Property Industry.
Interests
As a sports enthusiast, Simon enjoys Scottish rugby and football (even though he’s a Spurs supporter). He also loves to travel and recently came back from New Zealand.
