Survey and Executive Summary turned around within 5 days for substantial ASDA Industrial Building

The Challenge

As with most investment acquisitions discretion and speed are a priority, therefore CS2 were required to produce an extremely quick turnaround for a survey and executive summary.

The Solution

CS2 were engaged to complete a building inspection report of this substantial industrial building in contemplation of the client acquiring the freehold interest of the building. CS2 co-ordinated the deployment of specialist building services and below ground drainage advisors. The survey and an initial executive summary were dispatched within 5 days, followed up at a later date with a comprehensive report with portfolio of photographs.
