CS2 TEAM SURPASS CLIENT EXPECTATIONS TO ACHIEVE OUTCOMES THEY THOUGHT WERE UNACHIEVABLE

The Challenge

The 900 project is being undertaken for Reed Property who are owned by Reed Recruitment.

Reed bought the building 2 years ago and engaged a team to progress with design and procurement.

CS2 were brought in by the FCO of Reed directly in June 2020 looking to solve a number of issues with M&E design, budget and programme.

The Solution

We have been able to turn the project around and achieve outcomes that the Client thought were unachievable.

This includes a new M&E installation for the whole building, working around existing tenants and providing a future proof design, a bespoke solution by Adrian Knight (CS2 M&E), re-building the costs to get close to the original signed off budget and achieving a programme completion 9 months earlier than previously targeted.

The work includes a full 1st floor fit out to a very high standard for Reed themselves and reconfigured entrance and rear atrium to improve building access, along with works to the ground and 2nd floor to create modern lettable office space.
