The Solution
CS2 worked with Hamilton Land to re-configure a development that had obtained planning permission as an office building into a cancer treatment centre for GenesisCare. CS2 went on to work with GenesisCare’s team to ensure that all their needs were met in creating a state of the art treatment centre incorporating Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy, Diagnostics and CT Scanning. CS2 project managed the construction of the base build and monitored the fit out on behalf of the developer. The contract value for the base build was circa £2M. And the value of the fit out was circa £3M.
