CS2 Director Mat Belgrove was appointed to act as Project Monitor on behalf of Knight Frank Investment Management, to manage the funding agreement for this fully furnished 134 En Suite Bedroom Student Accommodation project in Chichester.
The Solution
The project was constructed over an 18 month period, across two buildings comprising cluster bedrooms, Kitchen /living rooms, common room, cinema room, study spaces and a gym.
