The Challenge
Following our successful involvement in the first phase of ‘The Hive’ development, CS2were appointed by Barnet FC to project manage the second phase of the site creating a Banqueting Suite including a large commercial kitchen facility. The project involved converting an old steel and concrete frame building shell which had been vacant for many years into the new facility which included the following: Banqueting Suite for up to 480 covers; professional/commercial kitchen facilities; toilet and cloakrooms; new staircases and building entrances.
The Solution
Working within the constraints of the existing structure presented several challenges however, despite this, the project was completed on time and within budget.
