The Challenge

CS2’s design to transform two large, dated empty units in Dunstable continues on site with external colour changes to the cladding. Works are on-programme to deliver these attractive, marketable units for January 2020.

The Solution

Works completed include full external decorations externally and internally, stripping out previous tenant’s fit out and refurbishing the WCs. We are acting as Contract Administrator and CDM Co-ordinator.
