Our client required the amalgamation, extension, alteration and refurbish of two dilapidated retails sheds into one large 25,000 sq/ft unit to meet the requirements of the incoming tenant Dunelm. The front of the units were extended, a new floor finish was provided ready to receive a new mezzanine and passenger lift. The roof was re-covered, the external cladding decorated with new windows, loading bay doors and shop front set within.
CS2 provided a full design service, contract administration and cost consultancy. In addition, CS2 liaised with structural engineers, planning consultants, building control and Dunelms in-house design team.
The project was delivered on time and on budget ready for the tenant to occupy and undertake their fitting out works prior to commencement of trading.
