The Challenge
The major challenge of this project was the critical continuation of production of Italian ready-melas for a National supermarket, without disruption.
The Solution
Working together, the team had to form a strategic solution, tailored to the client’s requirements. CS2 were instructed in the roles of Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator, managing the pre and post contract phases of the project to completion.
