The Challenge
This three-storey office premises had been dilapidated and vacant for a lengthy period. Due to the condition of the property, the offices were
not in a lettable condition. CS2 were appointed by the landlord to survey the building, co-operate with our building services engineers, design the scheme, tender the works and procure the complete refurbishment of the building.
The Solution
The refurbishment took 10 weeks from start to finish and the landlord will now able to fully let the premises.
