The Challenge
CS2 advised the Client from inception to completion to ensure the office refurbishment was completed on time and budget. CS2’s in-house design, project management and cost consultancy team were appointed to develop the scheme from initial feasibility stage through to design and specification, competitive tendering and post contract management. The project involved refurbishing 32,000ft2 of office accommodation over three floors. Two floors of the building were occupied at any one time and its location as part of a very busy warehouse distribution site, demanded careful planning to ensure minimal disruption to the client’s business and a successful outcome with a high quality finish.
