Our client, William Nash Plc required a refurbishment of a 4 story office block. The client required this work to be complete within a 7 week period.
CS2 was commissioned to prepare a schedule of works for the refurbishment of the 4 storey office block. The specification included the refurbishment of internal common parts involving new colour schemes, signage and the external envelope. The service charge works were undertaken to maintain the building and improve the marketability of the office space. The appointment included co-ordination with the existing tenants to reduce disruption and weekly inspections to ensure the works were completed on time and within budget. Despite the summer’s inclement weather and the discovery of a large number of defective glazing panels, the works were completed within budget and to the timescale required.
