The client, Robin Simon LLP were vacating from their existing premises and had only allowed four weeks from possession and vacating for fit out works. The new office was open plan and the client needed individual offices inserting while retaining maximum natural light and increasing communal storage.
CS2 provided an initial Dilapidations Liability Assessment within circa £100.00 of the Costed Schedule of Dilapidations served by the landlord. CS2 negotiated settle for the want of repair reducing the claim by a further 50%.
Following the successful negotiation of the clients dilapidation’s claim, CS2 were appointed to undertake a CAT A refurbishment of the clients new (sq ft) second floor office. Due to the tight time frame, CS2 designed, specified and tendered the fit out works within two weeks. Working in collaboration with local contractors the work included insertion of compartmentalised offices within an existing open plan office that retained the maximum natural light. A full CAT A refurbishment was conducted within four weeks allowing possession of the premises to the client within the 7 weeks following initial instruction.
