The Challenge
Our client, Bassi Fashions Ltd required CS2’s expertise in building pathology, design, contract administration and CDM co-ordination to return their office to a condition suitable for marketing.
The Solution
CS2 delivered the project on time and within budget to meet with the client’s requirements. The works included the removal of extensive partitioning, a new suspended ceiling, LG7 compliant lighting installation within the office areas and new WC accommodation at both ground and first floor level. The mechanical and electrical installations were refurbished and repaired and the existing vertical lift was enhanced to ensure compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
