Northamptonshire County Council required an urgent redesign of their facilities in response to the global COVID-19 pandemic. This meant a fast turnaround was essential, under strict pressures and procedures.

The Solution

CS2 were appointed by Northamptonshire County Council to provide urgent project management, cost consultancy, and design services for the full refurbishment of a former and disused care home during the peak of the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic.

CS2’s expertise in fit-out and refurbishment ensured that clear lines of communications remained throughout and during the unprecedented times. Strict processes were followed to quickly and effectively develop the clients brief, procure, and project manage the works from start to completion resulting in a successful project delivery despite the many obstacles presented as a result of the pandemic.
