The Challenge
The project provided unique challenges, including ensuring the delivery of the scheme on time in difficult circumstances of the Covid-19 pandemic. Works also included the demolition of existing property which provided uncertainties with the site.
The Solution
CS2 were thrilled to provide Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services to deliver a 60,000sq.ft logistics facility on the site of a former data centre.
