Our client, a private developer, required assistance with the conversion of an existing four-storey empty office building into 60 apartments the project includes the construction of an additional 5th floor of residential space.
CS2 are carrying out pre & post cost consultancy services and employers agent for the refurbishment of an empty office building into 60Nr apartments which also includes the construction of a new floor to the roof of the office block to increase the residential area.
CS2 led the procurement strategy as the employers agent and quantity surveyor role to corelate and produced a full employers requirements and tendering documents and supported our client on contractor selection and costs review.
The project is currently in the post contract phase. CS2 are undertaking interim valuations, post contract cost control and progress reporting, working in conjunction with the developer.
