CS2 CURRENTLY PROVIDING COST CONSULTANCY FOR £30 MILLION INDUSTRIAL AND RETAIL PARK IN NOTTINGHAM

The Solution

CS2 were recently instructed to provide Cost Consultancy services for the ongoing development of Teal Park in Nottingham.

The scheme involves the design and build of a 33,300 sq ft trade park and a 28,860 sq ft industrial unit which will welcome big industry names such as Storage Giant, Tool Station, Screwfix and Howdens. These premises will range in size from 9,000 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft.

The next phase of the scheme includes another 111,000 sq ft Industrial Building, a further 30,500 sq ft of trade counters, 4 retail units and the plot sale of an Aldi site, which is all due to commence later this year.
