The Challenge
CS2’s London Team have been appointed to act as Party wall surveyor for Canterbury City council on their Beech Street Development plans.
The Solution
CS2’s role is to deal with all Party-Wall notices prior to demolition. We will be creating awards for the various properties along the street and also assist with dealing with any disputes that may arise prior to construction works.
