The Challenge
CS2 were appointed by Barnet FC to project manage the first phase of ‘The Hive’ development located in Edgware, North London. The project involved converting an old steel and concrete frame building shell which had been vacant for many years, into a facility which included
Fitness Gym;
Dance Studio;
Spinning Room;
Changing Room/Showers/Toilets;
Offices & Meeting Rooms;
Club Shop; and Restaurant.
The Solution
Working within the constraints of the existing structure presented several challenges however, despite this, the project was completed on time and within budget.
