The Challenge
As part of a £1.25 million refurbishment project, Picton Capital needed substantial replacement of existing mechanical installations throughout the property and required the office accommodation to be altered into a multi-let site.
The Solution
After being instructed as project manager, CS2 worked closely with the marketing agents, managing agents, the client, and the occupier to incorporate all requirements into a tender package. CS2 delivered the repair and refurbishment works, including extensive fit-out works of vacant areas, in accordance to the project programme and within the £1.25 million budget.
