The Challenge
Both landlord and tenant of the 20,000ft² office required fit-out works to be completed; the tenant, ING Car Lease required £300,000 of Cat B works to be managed, alongside the landlords further £700,000 worth of works. For the project to be successful, both parties were challenged with procuring and coordinating their works carefully to allow for transparency.
The Solution
CS2 project managed, designed, and administered all works for both the tenant and landlord. To ensure transparency when managing the project, CS2 provided a single point of contact throughout the process and fully managed the design to coordinate both parties’ requirements. In addition, CS2 complete works were procured through a single contractor to maximise efficiencies, and CS2’s Contract Administration and Cost Reporting ensured accurate appointment of costs.
