Intermediate Chartered Quantity Surveyor vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our well-established Northampton team.

 CS2 are an independent building consultancy, offering a range of building surveying, project management and cost consultancy services to the construction and property industry.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have/be:

• MRICS qualified with some PQE
• Excellent client fronting and communications skills
• Experienced in acting as Quantity Surveyor
• Works well within a small team environment
• Well versed in the major versions of the JCT contract
• Varied experience desirable
