The Challenge
Bakkavör Foods needed to provide HM Revenue and Customs with evidence in the defence of tax against material provision allowances. To achieve this they required FRS 12 Dilapidations assessments to be completed across their nationwide property portfolio.
The Solution
CS2 was appointed by Bakkavör Foods Limited to conduct the required FRS 12 liability assessments. CS2 provided the client with comprehensive report documentation which satisfied the requirements of HM Revenue and Customs. The report also provided Bakkavör Foods Limited with the most cost effective strategy possible for vacating premises and defending landlord claims associated with lease ends, across their property portfolio.
