The Solution
CS2’s longstanding client required a full refurbishment and fit-out to three existing large retail units in Angouleme Retail Park, Bury. Acting as Project Manager, CS2’s experts oversaw the development of external decorations to all buildings; including re-cladding, removal of existing canopies and the provision of new totem signage. CS2 were able to act as a trusted advisor to the client, enabling regular updates to the developer, as well as on the ground management and integration with contractor teams.
