The Challenge

Looking to acquire a new premise worth £20m, Picton Capital required a full understanding of the building’s current condition prior to investing. All whilst remaining discreet throughout inspections to avoid unnecessary alarm to building occupiers

The Solution

A survey of the 320,000ft² property was undertaken by CS2. This determined the condition of the building fabric and mechanical and electrical services. In addition, a lease analysis was completed by CS2 to allow us to report on the future repairing liabilities of all lease parties to Picton Capital. The final report assisted with the successful sale and acquisition of the premises to the client.
