Best Places to Work in Property 2018

CS2 are one of the best places to work in Property as quoted by the Property Week.

CS2 are proud to be identified as one of the Best Places to Work in Property 2018, as awarded by Property Week.  The Best Places to Work in Property programme is dedicated to finding and recognising the best employers in the property industry.

On Friday 23^rd February, some of the most forward-thinking companies attended The Brewery in London’s Moorgate, to celebrate 2018’s Best Places to Work in Property. CS2’s Marketing Manager, Sophia Griffiths, Director, Mithun Karsandas and Director, Mark Edwards attended the awards lunch, together with hundreds of other property industry professionals.

CS2 are one of only 52 companies who made the final cut after detailed research, carried out by Property Week to establish who within the property sector would be nominated for the Best Place to Work in Property. Anonymous and in-depth employer/employee surveys were undertaken by each of the shortlisted companies. It was a tough process and only two thirds of participants who entered, made the grade. There were 8 key metrics – leadership and planning, culture and communication, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development and pay and benefits. It was not an easy task, but CS2 are delighted to be one of the companies to win an award.
