We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join our well established, ambitious Manchester team.

To fulfil this client facing role the ideal candidate should have experience within the commercial property sector, have good management skills, and capable of fee generation. Good working knowledge of dilapidations required and an understanding of project management and other disciplines. A working knowledge of the reporting of RICS APC would be beneficial. CAD literacy and good IT skills essential.
