The tenant’s lease had come to an end, however the client was not happy to accept the property back in the poor condition that it was left in. Therefore CS2 was appointed to advise and negotiate a dilapidations claim on the landlords behalf to avoid them paying the costs it was going to cost to put the building back into a marketable condition.

The Solution

CS2 analysed the lease in order to create an accurate and detailed Schedule of Dilapidations, following the professional procedure. CS2 provided Michael Anthony Holdings Ltd with detailed and effective advice in regards to the dilapidations claim. Ultimately, CS2 successfully negotiated the claim to achieve 82% of their original claim value.
