Our client required property experts to prepare a terminal schedule of dilapidations on their multi-storey 131,495ft² office. The tenants lease had come to an end and the landlord was not happy to accept the property back in the condition that it had been left in.
CS2 were appointed by the landlord, to prepare a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations on this multi-storey office of 131,495ft2.
CS2 undertook a detailed lease analysis and liaised closely with the clients’ solicitor and legal team to fully interpret the unusual and technical lease covenants.
Dilapidations negotiations are currently ongoing and in order to help assist and substantiate the claim, we are liaising with a specialist independent firm of valuation surveyors, which is a developing practice in Scotland.
