The clients current lease had expired, however Picton Capital did not believe that the building was left in the standard that was asked of them in the lease clause. Picton Capital approached CS2 in order to advise and negotiate a dilapidations claim.
CS2 were presented with the lease and analysed this in order to produce an accurate Schedule of Dilapidations. CS2 provided Picton Capital with professional advice in order to move forwards with their dilapidations claim. CS2 were able to successfully negotiate the claim on Picton Capitals behalf and achieved 81% of their original claim.
