Successful Conversion Of Grade II Listed Building Into Apartments For Private Client

The Solution

Oliver Timms and Reece Clark from the CS2 Birmingham Office recently finished a residential conversion project in Nottingham City Centre on behalf of a private Client. The project, involving a Grade II listed property on Long Row, included external repairs and alterations, thermal improvements to current Part L standard, a first-floor office refurbishment and conversion of the mothballed upper floors into four new self-contained apartments.

This was the first large contract completed with the main contractor, Hilton Bodill Birmingham and despite multiple challenges, they performed extremely well.
