The Challenge

The client required pre and post contract management services to carry out a fit-out of their prime residential property.

The Solution

CS2 was instructed to provide pre and post contract cost management services for the extension and fit out works of an existing residential property in a prime London location.  The works incorporated specialist audio-visual and car lift installations, bespoke kitchen, bathroom and joinery fittings, and a very high level of finish throughout.  CS2 were appointed by the client’s representative’s pre tender to provide relevant advice and documentation to ensure that the fit out phase of the project was procured in a competitive manner.  On receipt of tenders, the results clearly demonstrated the benefit this procurement route which enabled a prompt contractor recommendation to the client and the awarding of the contract.
