The Challenge
Seco France required assistance in refurbishing their existing offices in Bourges, France. The offices that they were operating from had modern production and technical facilities, but the offices were in need of significant modernisation to meet the requirements of the corporate book.
The Solution
CS2 worked with Seco France, Seco Global Real Estate and Seco UK project team to develop a scheme for the third largest subsidiary in the Seco Tools business. CS2 have been engaged in the preparation of an options study for the development of the site. The key drivers of the scheme are to minimise impact on the business and staff and to provide a cost effective 25 year solution. The options analysis includes analysis of structural, building fabric and environmental and sustainability issues with identification of risks, budget costs, programmes and cost in use.
