The Challenge
The client required a refurbishment of 5no. offices and 2no communal lobbies, including refurbishing WCs and showers throughout. The experienced CS2 Inhouse M&E Design Team worked directly with the Client to produce initial Design and Cost Options.
The Solution
The final innovative Air Conditioning design and installation has energy efficient and draught free air flow, is silent in use and blends sympathetically with the open plan architecture and structure.
The works complete within occupied offices and communal areas, working carefully and phasing works to ensure minimal disruption to existing Tenant’s. The works were completed in packages and signed off in sections to fit the Client’s needs and work around new and existing Tenant’s.
The final energy efficient adjustable LED Lighting design and installation is unobtrusive and sympathetic with the structure, providing a colour rendered, glare free, low maintenance lighting solution.
On time and budget. Client agreed and signed up to a lease with a new Tenant the day the job completed.
