Our Client wanted to divide the existing 7th floor demise to facilitate the marketability to smaller tenants.
CS2 worked with Mechanical and Electrical consultants and building control to ensure that the existing provisions were adequate and suitable for the proposed division works. Acting as Contract Administrator CS2 produced the works package and sought competitive tenders. During the works we worked closely with the Client and incoming tenant to ensure that all tendered and additional works achieved or exceeded their requirements.
