The Challenge
Dixons Carphone required a multiple delivery of new store fit out’s and branding concepts throughout the UK. They required this work to be carried out on fast track programmes to enhance High Street exposure and maximise retail market share.
The Solution
CS2 provided a dedicated team of project and cost managers, CAD technicians and project co-ordinators to assist Dixons Carphone with the delivery of their new store fit-outs. The team worked closely with Dixons Carphone in-house construction department by taking ownership of all pre and post contract aspects. CS2 successfully completed the fit outs within the tight time frame.
