The Challenge
House of Fraser required façade risk assessments to be carried out on numerous properties across their national portfolio.
The Solution
CS2 undertook façade risk assessments to a dozen House of Fraser stores, including main stores in Glasgow, London, Birmingham, Manchester, Cardiff, Bath and Edinburgh. The stores were predominantly landmark buildings due to their history and ornate features. Surveys were taken from ground level and available vantage points such as multi-storey car parks, raised public areas, roof tops, and balconies. CS2 also provided planned preventative maintenance services and roof inspections for House of Fraser.
